Serving Christ and sharing the Gospel

Our groups for children and young people run every Sunday (unless All Age) during the 10:30am Family Service.

Children enjoy age-appropriate Bible teaching, activities and games in the Church halls every Sunday. We return to church at the end of the service, when the children and young people share with the rest of the congregation what they have been doing. We now have five Sunday School groups at St Michael’s:

A creche runs at the back of church during the service so that parents can access the sermon and Church Family life, quiet rooms are available.

Scramblers is our age 3 – to year 1 group that runs during family services. It has a mix of interactive bible teaching, singing, games and craft that reinforce God’s message from the bible that day.

Explorers is our years 2-5 group that runs during family services. It has interactive bible teaching with age-appropriate application alongside the acting out of bible passages, games, crafts and worksheets that seek to reinforce God’s message that day from the bible.
