We give thanks for the life of Prince Philip
For the love he shared among us,
And for his devotion to duty.
We entrust him now to your love and mercy,
Through our Redeemer Jesus Christ.
Surround the Queen and the Royal Family with your love,
That they may not be overwhelmed by their loss,
But have confidence in your goodness, and strength to meet the days to come.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
